Doufala jsem, že si můžu označit oblíbené plakáty a nechat je načíst do galerie, abych viděla, jak budou spolu vypadat na stěně, ale tato možnost na stránkách příliš nefunguje. Výběr je tak zbytečně zdlouhavý. Jinak vše proběhlo dobře, rychlé dodání, hezké zboží, odpovídající fotografiím. Rámy a rámovací služba předražené, což dost relativizuje nabízené slevy na plakáty. Koupit rámy jinde vyjde mnohem levněji, takže je to krok proti spokojenosti zákazníků.

Hhigh-quality prints, although one of them had a slightly bent edge from transport. It was nothing too bad, it only needed a little adjustment and some pressure. Overall, we are delighted!

Not a fan of Intellecom/Dragonfly. My experience is that they're usually late, and they they leave the package in a common area in my building instead of by my door, like every other courier manages to do.

I was not sure at first because reviews were showing how the product was shipped (flat) and it was delivered damaged. But it came in a rolled-up cylinder container. Love it! It's exactly as pictured. Also, the shipping was super fast. I believe I got it in two days. Thank you

I ordered the framing service and it was very shoddy, definately not worth the extra paid for the framing service.   I would have used more care and accuracy if I had bought the frame separately and framed the picture myself (and it would have been cheaper).  Shame

It was perfect. Sometimes the canvas art produced by different sellers that arrives is not as brilliant in color as the online version, but the product that arrived was perfect.

Not very happy with my purchase, the poster is  pretty but not the best quality print, the packaging is terrible ,  A very thin cardboard envelope, the poster is all wrinkle and bent.

Metal frame came bent. Waiting to hear back from customer service has been a pain. Their customer service number doesn’t work; so it’s easier to just email. However, you’ll not get a rapid response, so don’t hold your breath.

I bought a very large frame which was expensive. The quality is rubbish, the clips at the back pop out every time I move the frame. I expected much better quality for the price. The delivery was also later than I was quoted when ordering. I won’t be buying anything from here again and I’m very disappointed with the product and my experience with the company.

I was very disappointed with my recent order. The pictures arrived damaged and bent, which was incredibly frustrating given that I was looking forward to displaying them in my nursery. It was clear that they were not packaged securely enough to withstand delivery, which shows a lack of care in protecting the product. I reached out to customer service, and while I’m still waiting for a resolution, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be ordering again unless I see improvements in packaging.
