Hhigh-quality prints, although one of them had a slightly bent edge from transport. It was nothing too bad, it only needed a little adjustment and some pressure. Overall, we are delighted!

The quality of the prints are great, but they came rolled up and It's challenging to get them flat enough to frame.

Not very happy with my purchase, the poster is  pretty but not the best quality print, the packaging is terrible ,  A very thin cardboard envelope, the poster is all wrinkle and bent.

Metal frame came bent. Waiting to hear back from customer service has been a pain. Their customer service number doesn’t work; so it’s easier to just email. However, you’ll not get a rapid response, so don’t hold your breath.

I bought a very large frame which was expensive. The quality is rubbish, the clips at the back pop out every time I move the frame. I expected much better quality for the price. The delivery was also later than I was quoted when ordering. I won’t be buying anything from here again and I’m very disappointed with the product and my experience with the company.

I was very disappointed with my recent order. The pictures arrived damaged and bent, which was incredibly frustrating given that I was looking forward to displaying them in my nursery. It was clear that they were not packaged securely enough to withstand delivery, which shows a lack of care in protecting the product. I reached out to customer service, and while I’m still waiting for a resolution, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be ordering again unless I see improvements in packaging.

Do not order from these people.  They do not package their artwork well at all  it it just put in box with no packaging. My artwork came damaged and there is no phone # to call and they make if very hard for you to contact them.

Had reason to contact customer services with a small problem in ordering; they couldn't have been more helpful, sorted it out and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Very good customer service.

I found that either the print I wanted was out of stock (and didn't come back into stock) or it looked like a print was in stock, but after I'd ordered, I received an email to say that it was out of stock and the rest of my order had been despatched (I wasn't given the option to select a different item to complete my order). I've also had problems with the courier, Evri, cancelling the delivery, which we were at home waiting for. Hopefully, it will arrive today. This is becoming a regular issue with Evri.
